Richard has served on the board since July, 1993, representing the Santa Claus Exchange. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board. He and his wife, Bonnie, reside on the family farm, northeast of Lamar. They have three children: Angela, Sheila and Daniel. The also have five grandchildren. Richard retired from the Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation after 40 years of service. He is a life-time member of the National Education Association. He is also a member of the Masons, Farm Bureau and St. Peter’s United Church of Christ. Richard’s hobbies consist of fishing, gardening, reading and enjoying quality time with family and friends. |

Hubert is the director representing District #1 – the Bandon Exchange. He has served on the Board since July, 1975. Hubert is also a member of the TCED/PSC Riverside Communications Committee. He and his wife, Ruth Ann, reside in Bristow. They have one son, Craig, and three grandchildren. Hubert is retired from Alcoa-Warrick Operations. He is a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church and currently is serving as Chairman of the Church Cemetery and Maintenance. Hubert spends his spare time fishing and golfing. |

Lynn is the director representing the Holland Exchange - District #5. He has served on the Board since July, 1993 and currently holds the office of Secretary/Treasurer. He and his wife, Brenda, reside near Holland. They have two children: Sheena and Ty. Lynn is the owner and President of the Wilbur Kahle Agency, Inc., an insurance agency in Holland. He has been associated with the agency for the past 36 years. Lynn is a member of Augustana United Church of Christ in Holland. Lynn enjoys umpiring high school and summer league baseball and enjoys a quiet moment of fishing in his spare time. |

Alan is the director representing the Lamar Exchange - District #4. He has been on the Board since September, 1982. Alan is a Driver for Mulzer Crushed Stone. He is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Alan served in the U.S. Army stationed in Korea from 1969 to 1970. His hobbies include fishing and golf. |

Tim and his wife, Julie, reside in rural Perry County and are the parents of a daughter, Kelsi. Tim represents the St. Marks Exchange and has been a member of the Board since July, 2004. Tim is a full time farmer with a farrow-to-finish swine operation, 800 acre grain farm, and a cow/calf operation. Tim was a supervisor of the Perry County Soil and Water Conservation District from 1991-1996 and was named Soil Conservationist of the year in 1997. Tim is also a past member of the Lincoln Hills RC&D Fish & Wildlife Committee. Tim enjoys spending time with family and playing cards with friends when time allows. |

Nick Dilger is the Director from District #2 – St. Meinrad Exchange. He has been a Board member since July, 2000. Nick and his wife, Jean, have been married for 34 years and reside in the rural Ferdinand area. They have three children: Angie Lynn Ruxer, a teacher; Amy Kimmel, in sports medicine; Richard Brad Dilger, who works for Hilti Equipment. They also have two grandchildren with another on the way. Nick is a life long farmer. He is a 30-year Treasurer-Director of Ferdinand Farmers Mutual Insurance and recently retired from the Saint Meinrad Volunteer Fire Department after serving for 26 years. He is a member of the Saint Meinrad American Legion, Saint Meinrad K of C and the Saint Ferdinand Parish. |

Marvin is the director for the District At-Large seat. He has been on the Board since August, 1985 and is currently serving as Vice-Chairman. He also serves as a member of the TCED/PSC Riverside Communications Committee and is a member of the Perry County Redevelopment Commission. He and his wife, Norma Jean, reside near St. Mark’s. They are the parents of two sons, Greg and Marty, and have four grandchildren. Marvin is a retired boilermaker. He is a member of Saint Mark’s Catholic Church and also is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Marvin enjoys fishing, sports, spending time with his grandchildren, and watching television. |
