30 Number Speed Calling

This feature allows a subscriber to set up 2-digit numbers for frequently called numbers. This saves time when calls are made.

To enter or change your list, follow this procedure:

  1. Dial access code (75#). A special dial tone is returned. Rotary phone users dial (75) and wait four seconds for a special dial tone.
  2. Upon receiving special dial tone, dial the two digit code number (20 through 49) followed by the directory number it represents. Directory number can be up to 32 digits long.
  3. After the directory number has been entered, a confirmation tone is returned.
  4. Hang-up and the procedure is complete.
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each number on your speed call list.
  6. To place a speed call, go off-hook, dial the 2-digit code number (20 through 49) representing the number you want to call, followed by an octothorp (#). Rotary phone users dial the 2-digit code number and wait four seconds. The directory number is automatically dialed.
