ISurfSafe.Net ™ is PSC’s web content filtering system that blocks and prevents access to offensive web sites and/or news groups.

With ISurfSafe.Net, you can relax, knowing your children’s Internet experience will be a safe and enjoyable one.

To take advantage of this exciting service, all you have to do is call PSC. There are no configuration changes that you have to make. Once enabled, all Web Page and USENET newsgroup accesses will be checked against a database of known offensive sites and keywords that are updated daily. When you try to access an inappropriate site or search for inappropriate keywords, a "block page" is instantly displayed, denying access to the site. There is no software to buy or install on your computer. Simply signup for the service and we take care of the rest.

You can optionally take advantage of our Filtered e-mail Service. We will provide you with a username@isurfsafe.net e-mail address. All e-mail sent to your new address will be screened and all offensive language will be removed.

NOTE:
ISURFSAFE.NET will NOT work when a customer is set up to use the PSC/PROPEL® Accelerator.

Changing Filter Settings

At PSC, we realize that "one shoe doesn’t fit all". We have setup a default list of categories that we filter. When you sign up for this service, you can create up to four different profiles for each member of your family that overrides our default filter list.
