How do I get rid of popup windows?
The answer to this question will depend on the source of the popup windows.If you are seeing popups from the websites you are visiting, the popup blocker in Internet Explorer can be set to block these windows. At the top of the Internet Explorer window, click Tools, go to Popup Blocker.
If the option "Turn on Popup Blocker" is available, click on it to start blocking popup windows.
If the option "Turn off Popup Blocker" is available, Popup Blocker is already on. You may need to adjust the settings. Click on "Popup Blocker Settings.". At the bottom of the Settings window, set the Filter Level to "High: Block all popups".
